SUCCESS!

So I went to MV again today being the residential family fuck up that does nothing but spend money...( I do consider myself one ) and believe me I'm trying to change...though old habits die hard...

So Eval called me yest nite at around 1:30 am...though I'm not sleeping yet I find that kinda stupid...He says that some guys from a gaming team based in penang are challenging me and my team to a friendly match...and it's gonna happen TODAY...-.- So I was like...even though I'm free...who the heck am I gonna get on such short notice? But anyhow...Kenji, and Jason managed to show up...it's gonna be in tournament style...4 players...2 from each team...1st place gets 3 points, 2nd gets 2, 3rd gets 1, and last gets none...We were waiting for quite a while in MV before they finally showed up...

Despite our best combined efforts we lost the match...BUT...all 3 of us are satisfied with the result...actually happy would be the right word to use...we literally celebrated our loss XD...One reason is that we only lost by a very small margin...33-27...we lost by a mere 5 points...2nd reason is that they are actually 2 of the top competitors in penang...to only lose by such a small margin proves the very point that we formed team RV in the 1st place...we want to prove that playing less doesn't mean we suck...and thus we consider the match a succes!

On a seperate event...Ju Anne suddenly called me about half an hour ago ( what's with late calls these day? O_o ) and asked me whether I want to hang out with her tomorrow...well naturally I agreed...but I told her I MIGHT not be going after all cuz besides my 10-12 class I also MIGHT have another tutorial class...I'll have to check with my lecturer tomorrow...

Then again it's almost always a double edged sword going out with her...good thing is that it's definitely a change of scenery...bad thing is I'm probably gonna end up with a hole in my wallet...especially after the team match today...-.-

So as it turns out...Ju Anne managed to drag me n zh down to the ice skating rink in Sunway Pyramid...Yes...you heard me right...the ice skating rink...well not exactly dragged down there...Just that circumstances made us do so...and thank heavens we did not look like fools...

Surprisingly though...I got used to it and started skating normally under 5 minutes...note that I haven't played anything similar to skating for the last 5-6 years...and I'm pretty amused by myself too...Though I'm not exactly skating like a pro but at least I'm able to go in a straight line and able to turn without much problem...what more surprising is this is only my 2nd maybe 3rd time ice skating...and I didn't fall on my ass...lucky me...cuz the floor is well...ICE...and WET...

Why were we in Sunway? well cuz of Ju Anne of cuz...What's new? Something is definitely...well it seems that about a week ago...she went to Sunway to skate too...and this guy bumped into her...made her fall and she was well...attracted to him for some reason...and so is him...sparks started flying and they started talking...stupidly enough...at the end of the day both did not make the effort to ask for a phone number...

So she went back with the hope of running into him again...unsuccessful on that one...though she did managed to gather some infos about the ice hockey team which he is a part of...gd luck to her...it sounds like something ripped out from a lover's novel...filled with happy endings and stuff...though things don't usually go that well in real life...exceptional cases do happen and I hope it happens to her at least cuz I'm not getting any of it... : \

Well that's enough for the Sunway trip...let's talk about today...me n zh went to BTS and Low Yat for 2 reasons...1, buying a new basketball cuz the old one is leaking for some reason...yes...leaking...it became a blob in just under a week after I pumped it full of air...2, he wanted to get a pair of speakers for his computer which is having a set of stupidly old and busted piece of junk for the audio...and he got the sonic gear Evo7...which produces great audio...my goodness I feel like I'm listening to a cd in my car...well...and since we were there...we watched 'the happening' too.

Yes...'The Happening'...besides the obviously stupid title the movie actually played out quite well by my standards...not to his though...I find the movie really entertaining although lack of character development made the movie slightly shallow...but it still has the classic shyamalan twist which I have grown to love so much after watching most of his films...great director...and it's creepy too...yes...creepy...and freaky...and scary too for that matter...I guess it can be considered as a horror movie...

Well after the movie...we went back and realised one very and I mean VERY stupid thing...

We both have completely forgotten why we're there...to get a ball...

Damn Fuel prices...

So here it goes again...Fuel prices are up to a ridiculous amount...and how long since we had a price raise? Not that long ago if I recalled...and goodness me...the whole freaking country is out to refuel their cars...causing major traffic jams in any area that has a petrol station...geez...

Lucky for me though...I refueled my car in the afternoons...and god damn the government...as if they aren't earning enough money already...screw you pak lah...some of my friends even said they saw it coming and that's part of the reason why they are overseas right now...-.-

Well...expecting every thing to go more expensive now...every thing's going up but our salaries...not that I'm working or anything...but like hell anyone would raise salaries in this kinda situation...unless you're a freaking saint that is...

I'm not going to be political here...so I guess that's it for me...

Speaking of a saint...Rowena is kinda sounding like one in her blog...which is actually a good thing...there's so much apathy in her that I can't truly comprehend...another mystery of her that I won't get to solve...I have to say that I did not really know she would be so disturbed and angry cuz of an infamous serial killer she's studying about... : \

On a different note...bad day in MV...another bad luck streak for me...I just wasted more than 50 bucks for getting my sorry ass over there just to have almost nothing in return...and for the 1st time in a very long time my mood went so bad that I went to the staircases alone to cool and calm myself down...zzzzzzzzz

At least I got news from Ju Anne that she's gonna be free around midway through the month...guess I get to hang out with her again...Feels like I haven't seen her in ages...probably cuz I really haven't seen her in ages...I can't remember the last time I met her...-.-

Despite all those...college seems to be working quite well for me lately...

Can't sleep again...No idea why...Didn't really slept much during the afternoons really...Geez...Luckily I'm not having any classes tomorrow...then again I have plans to hang out with my best friend tomorrow...So either way I'm gonna end up half screwed...

I wish that these sleepless nights would just go away...sometimes they gave me too much time to think...and there goes my mind again...either dreaming with my eyes open...or just thinking about crap...

Something did crossed my mind when I lied on my bed just now though...I'm not missing her that much for quite some time already...I think I'm getting over her...good thing...but she still makes me weak by just calling me my 'pet name' -_-...well at least there's improvement...

And now I'm thinking...whether to watch Indiana Jones or Narnia tomorrow...both seems nice enough to me...I watch one of the old Indiana Jones movies...which is surprisingly good...and the fact that a lot of stuff in comedies and action movies are based on Indiana Jones...Trailer seems promising too...and Narnia...I watched the first one...I forgot who I watched it with though...I just remembered that the first Narnia isn't all that great...it's mildly entertaining but nothing special...might be good for kids though...Prince Caspian...which is the second movie...sounds interesting enough...both my brother and sister has already watched it...they said it's nice...so I guess it's safe to bet on it...but as for right now...I'm quite divided between the two...

Unlucky

I can only guess that my unlucky streak is coming back to haunt me again...the -R.V- match is a complete failure for my team...and I participated in it cuz one of our initial participants weren't being his usual self that day...Oh well...we lost...that aside...

I have to spend one freaking semester studying ONE freaking subject...

Yes...I guess that's how my college gets money...geez...they aren't allowing me to bring up my last subject so I could move on the year 1...so that's how it is...

Furthermore...today...I went to the arcades again...for the fun of playing...BUT...things aren't really going as I expect...I was so off-form today that I can't even do a clean run in any course...I'm crashing so much that it's not even funny anymore...O_o I guess I'm really having bad luck lately...

I just hope that this doesn't goes on for a long time like how it did during the period in high skool when I broke my ankle...-_-

Penang trip and sem start...

So I went to a poorly planned penang trip with wz, zh and kenneth...and that's just sad...yes...sad...We spent most of our time driving around...will not go into details since it's a VERY long story...but going on a nearly pointless road trip is still way better than staying home my whole holidays...

And my exam results are out by the way...I miraculously passed the 2 subjects that I think I would fail and filed the one subject that I think I don't have any problems with...-.- I guess luck really isn't on my side...but then again I worked my ass off for the other 2 so I guess I deserve passing those...and kinda neglected the one that I failed...Well either way 2/1 is a good thing...

But the thing is...I just went to my head of skool and asked if I could bring up the last subject to year one and complete it...I mean...spending 1 sem on ONE subject isn't really what's on my mind...I'll have too much free time...and I have to pay for another sem...well not exactly I pay...more like my father's paying...I don't really like to waste his money either...

Then again I told my dad if I couldn't get through last sem I would go out and look for work instead of going to another college...But I just can't accept this......'defeat'...... I can't find a better word cuz this is really the closest word to how I feel now...once again my stupidity made me fall into a hole...a very deep one this time...I can only hope my father will give me this one chance to do it...

Speaking of another matter...this Friday the 9th of May will be team -R.V- 's 1st team competition...I have some good expectations from this team...my team...we seek to prove that playing less doesn't mean we're inferior...and that we are indeed a team to be feared...then again the chances of us winning in this is slim...but if I were to participate (which I'm not going to since the team has made it's decision on who's to go) I would give it all I have no questions asked cuz it's not just about me anymore...If I go down...the whole team goes down with me...Best of lcuk to Kenji and Dominic who will be on the front line...I'll be around Mid Valley to cheer on my team though...and of course...we'll have our long overdue 2nd team gathering...nothing much really...just having dinner and stuff...

On a separate note...When can I finally have my paint ball game???!!!-.-"
