To make things worse

I kinda forgot to include this one on my last post...but a few days ago the primary school that I used to attend was quarantined due to confirmed cases of H1N1...none other than the 'pretigious SJK (c) Jalan Davidson...and a friend of mine is currently teaching there...it's perhaps lucky to say that she seems fine...

And then it was my parents who were down with a sore throat after coming back from a trip to HK...They were wearing face masks for a few days too...gave me a scare but luckily it was ultimately nothing...Then it was a friend of mine who was down for a few days with flu like symptoms...or chicken pox...and haven't really heard from her since...hoping for the best there

Seems like H1N1 is reaching an outbreak level in M'sia currently

That's all folks

Sad story... : \

So it's been about a month since I last updated...well can't really blame though...nothing's really came up until recently...other than that...it's all been college, assignments, arcade, and loop those over and over again...

As for the 1st interesting thing that happened in my life in a month or so...it came in 3...in the form of assignments...though probably the fun and interesting kind...which I am thankful for...2 from my visual communications and 1 from public speaking...for those in visual comms I will have to design and make a learning book for children between ages 4-6...and the other is I'll have to make a 'Green'-shopping bag...the environmental friendly kind...with designs on it...Then it would be public speaking...we will be doing a speech assuming that me and my partner are running for the posts of President and Vice-President in a student council election...interesting stuff indeed...kinda nerve wrecking too...

2nd thing is that I finally get to learn the Basics of photography hands-on with my best friend ZH...the sad thing is...I'm actually taking the same subject in college...I took up the subject during course selection thinking it will have alot of practical work and less theories to bog down my mind with...apparently I was dead wrong about that...Since the start of this semester...we had nothing but theories on how to take photographs...You must be thinking 'WTF?' right now...yeah I was too...it was really all theories...how to do this and that and this and that...and the lecturer never really showed you how to do it...how to apply it in real life...I guess I could say that what he's been teaching so far is pretty much useless...It's nearly been 2 months since my 1st class of this subject...and I only had to take TWO photos so far...furthermore I need to sit through 3 hours of lecture straight every week...although it's not a good thing to do I really can't help but bring myself a newspaper when I'm going for that class...It's dead boring...I swear I felt like smashing my head to the wall at times cuz that really seemed more interesting during class times...Although it could also be said as a miracle that I haven't missed much of this class...

3rd would probably be my hobby...I already have enough money since last month...but I plan to wait it out and start the next one with ZH...so he'll get how to assemble stuff like this although it's pretty straight forward...but guidance is really better than nothing no? But anyhow...date is set for this one...I'll be getting the next one on July 4th...yeah...america's independence day...and so happens I'll be going for a MT3 team meeting during that day too...we'll probably be watching Transformers 2...having a more expensive lunch menu instead of the usual...I guess we have already accomplished what this team was originally made for...Just a bunch of friends fooling around...not fast enough to be a pro...but fast enough to give the pros a run for their money...we set out to show that we may not have as much money to throw onto the game...but we are as good as those who have...and that IMo has ben achieved quite some time ago...which is good...=D

Last but not least...which would really be a sad thing to say...my sister just informed me that a relative of mine who was once very close to me was diagnosed with cancer...My initial reaction is that I really don't know how to react to that...I knew he was sick but I didn't know it was that serious...furthermore we weren't as close as we used to be anymore...I guess when we make new friends our relationship with the older ones tend to get distant after some time...nevertheless we're still good with each other...but he looked fine the last I saw him...which was only a few days ago...what I don't understand is how did he get it though? It's just like one of those cases where a chain smoker lived well up to 80 years old before dying from old age and another perfectly healthy 25 year old man was diagnosed with lung cancer although he never touched a ciggarrette in his 25 years of existence...

Oh well...what happens happens...can't really put a stop to it...but I do hope they can treat it...and I hope it's not too late for it either...
